Registration
is easy:
1.
Access UpToDate from within the Trust network by clicking on the UpToDate link on
the bottom right of the Trust intranet page.
2.
Click on Log in/Register in the top navigation bar of the
UpToDate log in page
3.
Create a unique user name and password on the
UpToDate Anywhere registration page
4.
You are now registered and will receive a
confirmation email about installing the UpToDate Mobile App
In
order to maintain your account active, it is important to log into UpToDate via
the trust network with your username and password via the UpToDate link on the
bottom of the trust intranet at least once in every 3 months.
