Objectives: Participants will have the opportunity to:
Understand why & how knowledge management should be integrated into the way we work as a Trust
Identify our Trust’s knowledge management strengths and weaknesses
Begin to develop a Trust KM action plan

Who should attend:
Staff involved in all aspects of managing and using knowledge, and learning and sharing with others
Staff wishing to explore techniques to reduce risk and benefit patients
Staff with a range of experiences and responsibilities within a directorate who would like to think about working more effectively with colleagues
Clinical staff working with patients
