Film Club: Star Wars rescheduled for May the Fourth (be with you!)

The auditorium equipment has been repaired and tested, and what better day to attempt the screening of Star Wars; The Force Awakens than May 4th, officially* known as Star Wars Day?

I hope many of you can make the revised date next Wednesday; usual times (6pm for a 6.30pm screening) in the Auditorium at Maidstone.

Please share the revised date with your colleagues and networks, and I hope to see you there!

Best wishes,
Emma

*probably not quite really official but we like the pun.

FILM CLUB CANCELLATION

We are very very sorry but we have to postpone the screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens tonight due to a fault with the auditorium equipment.

The problem was only discovered after an event here at the weekend and it has not been possible to rectify the issue. We are sorry not to have given more notice; we were hopeful that we could sort it out (we have the image but no sound, not much good for any film, but Star Wars deserves the full surround sound treatment)

As soon as we are told that the kit is in full working order, we will book and advertise a new date.
